Anne: Thank you for being so willing to speak to the Bolivar Rotary Club on Monday evening, April 6th about your Rotary Friendship Exchange to Thailand! The particulars:
6:00 p.m. the meeting starts and we head for buffet dinner. Dinner usually lasts 25 minutes then President Paul Long makes a few announcements. The program usually begins around 6:40 P.M. The rule of thumb is that the program lasts for about 20 minutes. Then call for questions.
We have the technology you need…laptop, screen and hookup, etc.
Our meeting place is Citizens Memorial Hospital, (CMH), on hwy 83 N. Come into Bolivar (1st exit from Spgfld) Name of road into Bolivar becomes S Springfield Ave.
Continue to courthouse on left. Turn left one block then turn right onto Main St. Continue on Main for about a mile or so; the road curves left then, several blocks later curves right. You will see hospital on right.
Turn right at the second driveway and turn left at the front entrance. The north side of the hospital bldg has “Community Rooms” over the doorway you are to enter.
Our meeting room is on the right as you enter the hallway. I will be on the lookout for you around 6:40 p.m. This will give you time enough before the meeting to check out our equipment to see it is all you need.
