This evening Tammy and I attended Red Hot Nights sponsored by CoxHealth. It was held at Zan which is a new club where Agrario used to be on Patton Alley and while the decor was interesting and it was a great venue for this event, it’s probably not a place I will frequent.
I got my makeup done by one of the Chanel ladies, had my hair done by a stylist and Tammy had a dream interpreted. We tasted wine, enjoyed yummy food and even yummier desserts (what’s not to like about chocolate-dipped cheesecake bites?) and got to visit with some other very neat ladies. We left just as the Silent Auction was ending but I know I won an item or two so I’ll pick them up tomorrow.
Best of all, the event raised money for patients going through cancer treatment at Hulston Cancer Center and since I recently had a very dear friend go through treatment for breast cancer, I want to support these efforts even more than ever.
And what’s not to like about an evening with fabulous women – one of whom is my own daughter!
