Hooray for Gal Pal Vickie – Woman of Substance AND one of the 20 Most Influential Women for 2008. The game plan was to get a photo that also included Robin, the other WoS but it didn’t happen. But here I am sandwiched between Vickie and her gorgeous daughter, Hannah, who is interning to be as fabulous as her mom.
The photo was taken at the luncheon held today for the MIW honorees and we were front and center with Vickie and her family – hubby Chaz, Hannah, and Vickie’s parents, Ralph and Theresa. What a great family and I had such fun telling Ralph about my daughter who shares his name – he had a lively sense of humor and I can tell he and I could go head to head in a conversation!

So here’s to Vickie – who inspires me so much with her faith, her devotion to her family, her community spirit and most of all, her friendship! Way to go Girl.
