How do you like the new look? Every few months I peruse the blog presentation choices and decided tonight I liked this one – after a year, I’m ready for a change! Can you imagine what Burl is in for when I retire and decide I was to redecorate or rearrange the furniture? Too bad I can’t try it out as quickly as I can with blog themes and then reject or accept and voila – it’s done!
I played Betty Crocker tonight – not something I do often but every once in a while I enjoy fixing dinner. It must have worked because I got “Good dinner, Hon” twice and a kiss – all for talapia, rice and veggies and he had to fix his own drink. I just don’t want him to get too used to this kind of life although I’m hoping we’ll eat a lot healthier (translation – not eat out as often) after June.
Now it’s time to evaluate my stash of yarn and devote serious thought to my next knitting projects so I’ll have plenty to do on our vacation. I finished the back of Lydia’s poncho in just 2 days so the rest will probably be done before we leave.
